Event Description:
Our 78-Hour Salespersons' License Pre-qualifying Course is a comprehensive real estate course that helps prepare our students pass their NYS DOS Real Estate licensing exam so they can start their career as a Real Estate Salesperson! Topics include: Property Management, Law of Agency, the Contract of Sales and Leases, Real Estate Finance, Construction and Environmental Issues, Valuation Process and Pricing Properties, and Condos and COOPs. A school exam is given during the final three hours. Students must also pass the New York State Department of State licensing exam and obtain Real Estate Broker sponsorship for licensure. Prerequisite: None
