The Department of Modern Languages and Comparative Literature at the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences and the Paul Andre Feit Lecture Series invite you to The Hispanic Society of America,
Salón Goya for
Music from the Cathedrals of 18th Century Cuba

KEYNOTE LECTURE at 6 PM
A didactic exploration into 18th century Baroque music of the island. Dr. Miriam Escudero, Director, “Esteban Salas” Musical Heritage Department at the Office of the Historian, City of Havana.

CONCERT at 7 PM
Featuring the Sonnambula Ensemble, with period instruments and an international cast of soloists and choral singers.

EVENT LOCATION
The Hispanic Society of America. A free museum and reference library for the study of the arts and cultures of Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. Located on Audubon Terrace Broadway between 155 and 156 Streets, (212) 926-2234.
