Leadership in Technology students explore what it takes to become a leader in the tech industry. From understanding how companies use data to project management skills with a focus on productivity and usage; students learn how technology is used and applied in real-world situations from tech leaders. The hands-on curriculum exposes students to fields such as app development, web design, cybersecurity, data analytics, and cryptocurrencies.
Students work with faculty members from the Paul H. Chook Department of Computer Information Systems and Statistics as well as visiting professionals with experience leveraging both established and emerging technologies.
Open to rising 11th and 12th grade students, the Leadership in Technology track strives to provide students with a comprehensive overview of various technologies in business settings through the following initiatives:
