Baruch Achieves Rankings in Top 1% to 15% in Additional Categories

NEW YORK, NY- September 9, 2016-For the second consecutive year, Baruch College ranks #2 in the nation on College Factual’s list of “Top Colleges for Business, Management and Marketing” majors, out of 883 colleges considered nationwide.

Overall, Baruch fared well, in many cases in the top 1% to 15%, in a number of other categories that include quality, diversity, value, and specific majors and programs.

For “Best Colleges for the Money,” based on undergraduate students who do not receive financial aid, Baruch ranks:

In terms of “Top Quality Overall,” Baruch ranks:

#46 of 111, in New York State
#371 of 1387, nationally


For specific majors in the fields of business, Baruch ranks:

#8 of 376, Finance
#7 of 56, Entrepreneurial Studies

#14 of 82 Information Science
#17 of 607, Accounting


In the Business, Management and Marketing category, the only school ranked ahead of Baruch is Bentley University, a private business school in Massachusetts. After Baruch at #2, Bryant University, University of Pennsylvania and Saint Joseph University round out the top five.
