Baruch College Ranks Among the Best in U.S. News & World Report's 2018 Graduate School Rankings


Zicklin School of Business #1 in Region Among Public Institutions and Jumps Ahead 28 Spots on National List

New York, NY - March 15, 2017 For another consecutive year Baruch College secured top rankings in the 2018 U.S. News & World Report’s Graduate Schools list.

The Zicklin School of Business jumped 28 spots for the full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program and now ranks #57 among the 377 schools included on the national list.

Among public institutions, Zicklin School of Business secured the #1 spot for both full-time and part-time MBA programs in New York State and New York City. Nationally, the School ranks #32 for full-time and #46 for part-time programs.

Along with Baruch College, Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), University of Chicago, Columbia University, New York University, and Cornell University are among the colleges and universities receiving high marks on the 2018 list.

Training Future Business Leaders

“The Zicklin School of Business has been training future business leaders for generations,” said H. Fenwick Huss, PhD, Willem Kooyker Dean of the Zicklin School of Business. “The key to our success is anticipating our students needs and adapting to give them the real-world knowledge and opportunities they need to be New York smart and world-class ready.”

Dean Huss added that the Zicklin School of Business will offer a one-year MBA for highly qualified applicants, beginning in June 2017. The program will allow students to save both time and money in the pursuit of professional advancement. Later in the fall 2017, the School will offer an Executive Doctorate in business for senior corporate executives looking to thrive in the C-suite.

US News & World Report: Marxe School of Public and International Affairs

For the 2018 edition, US News reposted its 2017 rankings list released in 2016. The next ranking cycle is expected in 2020.

In the 2017 list, Baruch College’s School of Public Affairs, now renamed the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs, garnered top rankings in New York City and New York State.

Master of Public Affairs (MPA) program:
