Natural Sciences Professor David Gruber Wins CUNY-wide Feliks Gross Endowment Award

Weissman Natural Sciences Professor David Gruber has won a 2011 Feliks Gross Endowment Award, a CUNY-wide award given to assistant professors to foster scholarship and research. The competition is administered by the CUNY Academy for the Humanities and Sciences and judged by senior faculty.

The Feliks Gross Endowment Award is presented each year in recognition of outstanding research, or potential for such, in the humanities or sciences, including social and life sciences. The recipient receives an honorarium and a plaque.
