Thomas Halper, Chair (Ph.D., Vanderbilt University)
Prof. Thomas Halper teaches constitutional law and civil liberties, where he relishes the give and take with students. The author of four books and numerous articles, he was awarded Baruch's Presidential Scholarship Achievement Award and has presented many scholarly papers in the United States and abroad.
Professor Halper lives in Brooklyn, around the corner from where he grew up.
