As a Major
Industrial/Organizational Psychology is offered as a BBA degree through the Zicklin School of Business. All BBA requirements apply.
Although graduate school is recommended in this field of study, students with a bachelor's degrees may consider employment in government, advertising, marketing, occupational analysis, public opinion and market research. In addition, the BBA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology serves as preparation for entrance into a range of professional graduate programs.
