As a Minor
Photography may be taken as a Tier III Minor. A minor in photography requires students to complete two courses at the 3000-level, and one capstone course, at the 4000-level or above. Students can choose to study history of photography, digital photography, design, theory, or photojournalism.
Photography in particular has countless applications in the professional world, from business, to law, to medicine, and beyond. This minor also provides the appropriate undergraduate preparation for advanced training in photography.
