Raphael Prager


Rafi is currently a fifth-year Ph.D. student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at Baruch College (CUNY).  He graduated Rutgers College with a B.A. in Psychology in 2007.  Rafi’s research interests include learning and development, leadership assessment, and job analysis.  Rafi is currently writing his dissertation under the guidance of Dr. Loren Naidoo.  His dissertation work involves the measurement of dispositional and situational influences of learning in workplace contexts. He has taught several psychology courses at Baruch College, including Experimental Psychology, Interviewing Techniques, and Evolution of Modern Psychology. 

Rafi is also an Associate Consultant at Aon Hewitt.  He consults in areas of assessment, selection, and leadership/talent development.  Some examples of his professional experience include cognitive test and role play development, job analysis, validation of selection tools, and writing technical reports for clients.  Some of his clients include diverse organizations such as Yum! Brands, Sears Holdings Co., Iowa State Railroad, International Paper, Waffle House, Chrysler, and JP Morgan-Chase.  Rafi is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology (METRO).
