The Department of Psychology

 

Rachel Pascall-Gonzalez entered the I/O Doctoral program at Baruch College, CUNY in the Fall of 2005. Her research interests include investigating the effects of various leadership styles on followers’ attitudes and behaviors, understanding gender and racial bias in employee selection, the influence of ego depletion on stereotype use and understanding the antecedents and consequences of organizational voice.
