Peter Yu entered the program in Fall 2011 after receiving a BA from George Washington University with a double major in psychology and communication studies.

His research interests focus on the impacts new technologies have on organizations. Specifically, he is interested in the adverse impact created by new technological implementations, the ways employees can be motivated to adopt new technology to promote technological innovation in organizations, and also what kinds of selection and training practices are optimal to acclimate employees to new technology.  He is also interested in how traditional, face-to-face theories of psychology apply to human behavior and communication in electronic environments.
