Eric Knudsen

 

Eric is currently a first-year doctoral student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Ph.D. program at Baruch College, CUNY. He received his B.A. in Psychology from the University at Albany (SUNY) in 2010 with a minor in Education. During his time in Albany, Eric worked as a research assistant under the direction of Dr. Leslie Halpern in the Child Clinical and Developmental Lab.

His current research interests relate to the motivational aspects of work, particularly incentives and goal orientation. He is also broadly interested in ways that organizational culture and change both influence and are perceived by society. Eric currently works as a research assistant in the Social Cognition Lab, supervised by Dr. Jai Park.
