BIOGRAPHY:

Jacqueline DiSalvo is Associate Professor of English at Baruch and at the CUNY Graduate Center. She specializes in 17th Century and Romantic Literature, especially the poetry of John Milton and William Blake. She is author of War of Titans: Blake’s Critique of Milton and the Politics of Religion and is Co-Editor with Christopher Hobson and George A. Rosso of  Blake, Politics. History. She has also published articles in such journals as English Literary Renaissance and Milton Studies and chapters in books, for example ’Spirituall Contagion’: Male Psychology and the Culture of Idolatry in Samson Agonistes” in Altering Eyes: New Perspectives on Samson Agonistes, Eds. Mark Kelley and Joseph Wittreich.
