2009 Re-Inventory

The Property Management staff is conducting a physical re-inventory on all fixed assets beginning on June 15. The staff must see all equipment tagged with a CUNY barcode and must have all keys made available to them at the time of visit. Off-Campus equipment will have to re-inventoried by filling out this form. More information about this announcement can be found here.

Network Unavailable on 6/26

Due to essential work on the fire alarm system in the College's main
computer room, the campus network and all local Baruch College systems
will be unavailable on Friday, June 26. That day is the first summer
Friday on which the campus is closed, which will reduce the impact of
the down time. On that day there will be no access to faculty/staff
e-mail, Baruch College web pages, Degreeworks from on site or off site.
Anyone who is on campus that day will not have access to any computing
services. However, from off campus there will be access to systems that
are hosted outside our campus such as Blackboard, eSIMS, BOSS, and
student e-mail. If you need to know the scheduled availability of any
system on June 26, please contact the help desk (x1010) in advance.
