Out-of-State or Non-resident Clients

If you lived or worked outside New York State in the year 2012, sorry we cannot prepare your tax return.

Except for International Students which Baruch VITA serves, we cannot accommodate those who do not have a Permanent Resident Green Card or U.S. Citizenship.

If you are a dual status alien (entered the U.S. in the middle of the year) we also cannot help you,. Please seek help from a paid preparer who deals with international taxation as your return is subject to special rules. See Publication 519 for more information.
