Compare Housing Costs

Living in New York City can seem intimidating, but Baruch can point you in the right direction for affordable and convenient housing.

We recommend that you do some researching and budgeting on your own to make the most of your dollar. Our housing partners (1760 Third Ave and 92|Y Residences) offer all-inclusive convenience and safety in great locations, but you may find more affordable options in the private housing market.

Also, it’s easy to commute into the city - if Manhattan is not right for you, think about living in any of the other boroughs, or even New Jersey (Penn Station is a close walk away). Each area has its own distinct feel and may be the right fit for you.
