BCF AWARDS
Over 100 awards have been established by alumni and friends
of the College and various school departments to recognize graduating
students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement
or have contributed significantly to student life in some way.

To a student of labor relations in the Management Department
who has shown the most promise.
The Aaron Zweifach Memorial Award
To a graduating senior specializing in Public Administration
who has the best academic record and participated significantly

To a student who has submitted an outstanding paper on the topic
of ethics in Business.
The Alfred Iacuzzi Award in Romance Languages
To part or full-time students who were outstanding in the most
advanced courses taken in French, Italian and Spanish.
The American Statistical Association Award
To the graduate student who has demonstrated proficiency in Statistics.
The Arnold Picker Excellence Award
To seniors for excellence in either of the Arts and Sciences
humanities courses.
The Barry Epstein Memorial Award
To a student who has a significant involvement in student activities.
Baruch College Alumni Association Award in Arts & Sciences
To a student for outstanding efforts in the area of Arts and
Sciences.

To the captain or co-captain of the outstanding team of any sport

To recipients of a M.S. in Education with the highest cumulative
average.

To a senior whose record establishes his or her contribution
to an understanding of racial or gender based issues.
The Benjamin Balinsky Excellence in Psychology Award
To a graduating senior majoring in Psychology for excellence
in the field.
The Beta Gamma Sigma Alumni Award
To a graduating senior elected to the National Honor Society
who is going on to graduate studies in Business.
The Beta Gamma Sigma Alumni of New York City Medal
To a graduating senior who has attained membership in the Beta
Gamma Sigma Honor Society and who has qualified for this honor
by reason of outstanding character, scholastic achievement, participation
in college affairs, and potential for leadership.

To two undergraduate students who have made outstanding contributions
to their fellow students in a variety of extracurricular activities.

To a graduating senior who has been accepted to law school.
The David and Lillian Swerdlow Award
To graduating students who show the most promise in Theatrical
Arts.
Dr. Robert Aitey Stevens Memorial Award for the Class

To a graduating senior displaying a high level of scholarship
who, through leadership and vision in extracurricular activities,
