What exactly is Baruch College RoommateClick?
RoommateClick (BCRC) is an online roommate listing and matching service
that helps like-minded, congenial students who have or need a place to live find
one another. It is not a real estate agency or brokerage, and does not in any
way participate in transactions between its users…it neither offers nor
is qualified to offer advice regarding specific transactions, it just gives you
the opportunity to make a roommate or living space happen.
How do I contact Baruch College RoommateClick customer support?
E-mail BaruchCS@roommateclick.com or call (800) 216-9512 (between the hours of
9 am and 5 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday) if you have technical questions.
Please include in the e-mail or be ready to tell us your full name and the e-mail
address that you used to register on the site. This help center is staffed
by RoommateClick, not Baruch College, but they are just as friendly and helpful.

First, try logging out, closing your web browser, then sign in again. If this
doesn't help, the issues you are experiencing may be due to "cookies." Please
empty "cookies" periodically to ensure optimum functionality of BCRC
on your computer. To empty "cookies," go into "Tools" on
your browser's menu bar and select "Internet Options." Please click "Delete
Cookies" from the window that opens. After logging out and restarting your

Baruch College affiliates may post and view roommate listings from any computer

Can I change my username or e-mail address?
You cannot change your username directly in your "edit profile" page,
but RoommateClick will happily do it for you. E-mail BaruchCS@roommateclick.com with
your current username, your password and your new username and they will take
care of everything. Remember that if someone else already has the name, you can't
have it - so try to send something unique or we may have to add some numbers
to it.
Can I upload photos to my profile?
Yes. You can load up to 5 pictures of up to 200KB each, in JPEG or GIF format.
Click on "photos" under "edit profile" in the left hand menu
bar and follow the instructions. If you need assistance with photo uploads, you
can always e-mail them to us, along with your photos, at photohelp@roommateclick.com.
A member of the RoommateClick team will make sure your photos get uploaded quickly
to your profile.
I've found a roommate but people are still e-mailing me. How do I
remove my profile and delete my account?
When you are ready to completely cancel your account, simply go click on "Deactivate" on
the left-hand side of your homepage and you will be prompted to the appropriate
page.
Why does my account say it’s locked?
An account can be locked by site administrators for a number of reasons. Please
contact BaruchCS@RoommateClick.com with
your account information for specific details.
