The International Student Service Center (ISSC) coordinates all immigration aspects and administrative services for the International Students of Baruch College. The ISSC serves a population of approximately 1300 international students from all around the world. We provide programs of special interest to our new incoming International Students as well as our continuing International Students.
The primary role of the International Student Service Center (ISSC) is to educate and inform our International Student Population and College Community of the rules and regulations, which govern the continued enrollment of our international students.
By establishing and fostering a partnership with the various offices and departments within the college, the ISSC continues to support the goal of the College, which is to continue to remain dedicated to its role as an educational and social catalyst to its diverse student population.
The ISSC continues to strive towards creating an environment that is conducive and productive to meeting the needs of our international students. As a key resource, the ISSC provides valuable information for our international students via our departmental website, various workshops and an open door policy within the department. It is with great pride that we serve as a liaison to the United States Department of State and Homeland Security.
