All Health & Wellness Programming begins the week of Monday, February 2nd, 2015. No experience needed for meditation, yoga, or our mindfulness workshop – come as you are!

Tuesday Beginner Meditation
Every Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Meditation Room (NVC 3-225)

Tuesday Mindfulness Workshop
Every Tuesday, 1:35 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Meditation Room (NVC 3-225)

Thursday Beginner Meditation
Every Thursday, 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Meditation Room (NVC 3-225)

Yoga Thursdays
Every Thursday, 1 to 2 p.m., Game Room (NVC 3-260)
The first 10 students get to borrow yoga mats for class!
