FAMILY SUPPORT

Recognizing Student Families have numerous responsibilities while attending school, the Center is here to provide support with the challenge of balancing classes, children's needs, study, work, and family life.
We assist with information about social services, evaluations and referrals, if indicated, and on-going school admissions. Bi-monthly meetings with an experienced family counselor are held during college club hours providing additional support. Family members are welcome to join anytime. Parenting videos and books are also available. The Center encourages close contact with parents and family members through phone calls, parent teacher conferences, joining children for lunch, participating in family events, attending trips and becoming an active member in the Student Parent Association.
