To: Members of the Baruch College Faculty & Staff

On Thursday, May 30th, Baruch College will celebrate its Forty-Eighth Commencement Exercises at Citi Field. Please join colleagues in an academic procession as we honor our Baruch graduates and their accomplishments on this very auspicious occasion. Your role in the success of our graduates has been integral. It is only fitting that you participate and bear witness to the joy and pride of the parents, family and friends of our graduates. Commencement Exercises will begin promptly at 2:30 pm and will be followed by a celebratory reception at 5:30 pm in the Delta SKY 360 Club located at Citi Field.

We also invite interested faculty and staff to participate as graduation marshals at the commencement exercise. Your presence and assistance on this day is critical. The ceremony involves over ten thousand graduates and guests. We need your help with guest and degree candidate seating, crowd control, as well as the robing of faculty and students.

Academic regalia is free to members of the faculty and staff. However, it is important that you place your order no later than Monday, April 22nd, 4:00 pm. Unfortunately we will be unable to take any orders after this date.  Faculty and/or staff who miss the order deadline and need academic regalia will be fitted with whatever gowns are available on the day of Commencement, Thursday, May 30th, at Citi Field.

If you ordered before the deadline, you may pick up your academic regalia on May 21st or May 22nd between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm in the Newman Vertical Campus Multipurpose Room (NVC 1-107).  Garments not picked up by Thursday, May 23rd will be available in the faculty robing area at Citi Field on Commencement day, Thursday, May 30th.

Please return your cap and gown at the conclusion of the ceremony at Citi Field.  Please do not return academic regalia back at the College.
