You must file an Application for Graduation form with the Registrar's Office by Friday, March 7, 2014 in order to be eligible to graduate and for your name to appear in the commencement program. Only an official notification from the Registrar's Office should be accepted as a definitive statement of your graduation. Receipt of a commencement letter from Student Life does not signify that you have fulfilled all your academic requirements and does not indicate that you are eligible to graduate.

The deadline for ordering cap and gown online is Wednesday, April 16, 2014.

To order your cap and gown and guest tickets, please submit the Commencement Student Order Form. The deadline to complete the order online is Wednesday, April 16, 2014.

If you missed the ordering deadline, you can still purchase your cap and gown in person on distribution days (see below). Please fill out the Commencement Student Order Form to request tickets, but know that your order is not complete until you have purchased your cap and gown. You must go directly to NVC 2-125 to pay for your cap and gown, between the hours of 11:00am and 7:00pm on Tuesday, May 20th and Wednesday, May 21st, 2014.

Baruch College will hold its Forty-Ninth Commencement Exercises on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Madison Square Garden on 7th Avenue at West 32nd Street.

There will be two complete commencement ceremonies, with both undergraduates and graduates at each, in The Theater at Madison Square Garden. The entire academic attire is yours to keep. If for any reason you choose not to attend the ceremony, you may make a written request for a refund to by May 1, 2014.
