The Global Finance and Economic Program at the Baruch Leadership Academy strives to bring talented students from around the world together in New York City for intellectually stimulating and culturally enriching academic exploration. The pre-professional program prepares motivated high school students for successful careers in the thriving industries of business, finance, and the global market. The exciting New York City full time residential learning experience provides students with three fun-filled weeks of intensive pre-college preparation. The Academy exposes students to briefing for application to American universities and colleges, focused learning in the field of business in a global context, and interactive field trips in the world’s most noted business centers. The students will have networking opportunities with industry insiders and likeminded high school students from across the world.

The Academy’s specialized course curriculum propels high school students for their college application process, college business coursework, and beyond. Academy students are at an advantage because they are able to develop their passions in an environment that fosters academic enrichment, cultural stimulation, and real world experiences well before most of their peers. Academy students visit prestigious American universities such as Columbia University and New York University where they will meet and interact with admissions staff. Students as also have the option of SAT and college preparation that will help them shine in the college admissions process.
