Biography
As Lecturer and Executive on Campus at Baruch College School of Public Affairs Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management, Prof. Seltzer redesigned core master’s degree course in fund raising for nonprofit organizations, teaches in executive master’s degree and master’s degree programs, introduced a new course on business and society, served as a judge in the Baruch College & Merrill Lynch Entrepreneurship Competition, and is a consultant in annual Consulting Day. Prof. Seltzer holds a B.A. from Syracuse University in International Relations and African Studies from Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
