Emerging Leaders Program
Our objective is to take emerging leaders to new levels in their professional development and within their organizations through unique customized executive education programs.
Our programs are staffed by a team of energetic professionals – academic faculty and practitioners – dedicated to providing participants and sponsoring organizations with the highest standard of service. Our staff works with the sponsoring organizations to tailor programs to their needs, shaping curriculum design and delivery in a wide range of formats.
Mexican Consulate + School of Public Affairs
Mexican Consulate Leadership Development in the Mexican-American Community
Objective: Assist community-based organizations (CBOs) in New York City’s Mexican community to serve their constituents better
Participants: Staff and volunteers of CBOs
Duration: 6 weeks, half-day sessions once a week
Teaching Areas: Advocacy, communications, performance measurement, budgeting and finance, creating a 501(c)(3), community organizing, and fundraising
Outcome: Increased ability for CBOs to organize, support, and advocate for the Mexican community
