LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Hispanic Federation Leadership Institute

Baruch College's School of Public Affairs and the Hispanic Federation have collaborated to provide managers with a way to develop their leadership skills using a blend of theory and practice. The Hispanic Federation Leadership Institute (HFLI) prepares participants to become leaders in the nonprofit sector. The leadership development curriculum, led by an array of faculty members and practitioners, takes place during eight full-day sessions over three months. The next series of HFLI classes begins in the fall of 2008.

  • Organizational and Self-Change/Conducting Special Events
