SPRING 2012 HIGHER EDUCATION EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IN EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH

Over five Fridays this Spring you can explore the practical application of leading-edge thinking around key concepts and theories in educational research. This executive certificate program is led by Dr. John Choonoo, Baruch College’s Director of Institutional Research and Program Assessment, and yields concrete benefits for you individually and for your organization.

Objective: Develop an understanding of key concepts and theories on local, state, and federal educational policies and mandates; acquire the core skills needed in conducting educational research for administrative decision making and planning across a broad spectrum of academic departments and administrative offices including finance, financial aid, admissions, student development, and special programs.

Participants: Higher education administrators, staff and faculty

Duration:
Five days (includes a final capstone session)
