The Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA) Leadership Development in Re-engineering Health Care Systems for Quality Outcomes Program is designed to teach participants the skills needed to improve quality, patient outcomes and satisfaction, and efficiencies while at the same time reducing risks and cost. This is an accelerated, one-semester program oriented towards providing professionals with experience and education in organizational and systems change.
