Application Options

Please be sure to read through all of the Admissions Requirements carefully before commencing the application process. Be sure to pay close attention to the Additional Requirements associated with some of our programs.

Online Application
You may apply to any of our Graduate Programs using the newest version of our Online Application. This is the most expedient way to begin your academic career at the School of Public Affairs.

Graduate Programs Application
You may also apply by downloading the Graduate Programs Application in a printable format (PDF) and mailing it in. Click the above link to view the application. Once the application appears. Save it to disk, or your computer. You must have Adobe Acrobat software installed to successfully download the application.

Application Deadlines
We are currently accepting applications for Fall 2008 enrollment. Applications for Fall 2008 are due by April 1st, 2008 for the Full-time and International Students. For Part-time students and all other programs, the application is due by May 15th, 2008. We encourage you to apply before the deadline especially if you are interested in financial aid. If you are applying for Full-time study and are interested in learning more about Graduate Assistantships, please contact the Admissions Office for more information. Applications received after the deadline are reviewed on a rolling basis as time and space permit.

Executive MPA
Applications for the Executive MPA program are reviewed exclusively for fall enrollment. Applicants must make sure they meet the program’s Professional Experience requirement and complete the Work Experience Form accordingly. Please note that the GRE is not required for admission into the XMPA but an interview may be requested.

Educational Leadership (MSEd, SBL, SDL)
Applications to the MSEd in Educational Leadership program, or the Advanced Certificate Programs for School Building Leader (SBL) and School District Leader (SDL), are reviewed exclusively for fall enrollment. Both programs follow a Cohort model, which commences in the fall and continues for 4 semesters. Students in the MSEd in Educational Leadership then go on to complete coursework for an additional 9 credits.

International Applicants
Applicants from foreign countries are encouraged to submit their completed applications as early as possible. It is of paramount importance when applying that the International Students Supplement be completed and all required documentation be attached. Following these procedures will expedite the processing of Admissions Applications. This will give admitted applicants ample time for Immigration Procedures.
