Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA) Leadership Development in Re-engineering Health Care Systems for Quality Outcomes

The Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA) Leadership Development in Re-engineering Health Care Systems for Quality Outcomes program is designed to teach participants the skills needed to re-engineer systems to improve quality, patient outcomes and satisfaction, and efficiencies while at the same time reducing risks and costs. This is an accelerated, one-semester program in response to concerns expressed by GNYHA members concerning the need for professionals educated or experienced in driving organizational and systems change with the goal of improving quality and patient outcomes.
