In The Works
Our research agenda is informed in part by the counsel we receive from our new Research Roundtable, which functions as an informal advisory body, offering invaluable perspectives on the real estate industry’s research needs during a period of extraordinary change and turmoil. We developed the roundtable concept in the spring of 2009 and recruited as members leading figures from a cross-section of the industry.
At a time when the industry is severely challenged, our intent is to promote dialogue, stimulate debate, and strengthen the sense of community that helps bind our city’s academic, commercial, government, and nonprofit sectors together.
Papers in the works include:
- An examination of commercial mortgage backed securities.
- A look at New York City's REITs.
