Sam Irlander received his B.A. from Brooklyn College.
Sam Irlander began his real estate career in 1973 with Sutton & Towne, Inc. He was one of the founding partners of Wilrock National, Inc., later formed Parker Madison Partners, Inc. and currently serves as its President/CEO. Mr. Irlander is licensed in several states as a Real Estate Broker. Since 1981, Mr. Irlander has instructed Real Estate Brokers/Salespersons for institutions such as The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), New York University, Hunter College, The New School, The Long Island Board of Realtors and is currently at the Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute at Baruch College.
New York University appointed Mr. Irlander Adjunct Assistant Professor of Real Estate, Hunter College’s Department of Urban Affairs & Development appointed Mr. Irlander Adjunct Assistant Professor of Real Estate and he was also appointed First Director/Dean of the Bernard Mendik Institute of Learning at the Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Irlander has published several Real Estate textbooks that are currently in circulation.
Mr. Irlander currently is the Governor of the Real Estate Board of New York, Chairman of the Education Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York, Panel Chair for numerous Arbitration hearings at the Real Estate Board of New York, court confirmed real estate expert witness in litigation proceedings and Board Vice President of Home Owners Association, Boca Raton, Florida.
