Profile of Rosemarie T. Ottomanelli

Rosemarie T. Ottomanelli established AVID LLC in 2001, a real estate advisory company, located in New York, New York. AVID (Analysis, Valuation, Investment, Development) provides real estate financial and due diligence services for commercial and residential investors in the not-for-profit, private and public sectors.

From 1999 to 2007 Ms. Ottomanelli was an adjunct assistant professor with New York University, Cornell and CUNY where she taught real estate courses at the graduate, undergraduate and certificate program levels. Ms. Ottomanelli is a board member of ABWA NYC. Also, she is affiliated with the American Sociological Association, the Appraisal Institute and other professional and cultural organizations. She is a NYU Alumni Ambassador, and, since 1991, a co-chair of the AMSV Alumnae Association. Ms. Ottomanelli served as Vice President for the New York Chapter of the International Federation of Real Estate (FIABCI) and was a mentor with the Baruch College Mentoring Program. Ms. Ottomanelli holds a BA in Sociology from Wagner College, a MA in Sociology from Appalachian State University with a concentration in Advanced Research Methodology, and a MS in Real Estate from New York University with a concentration in Development and Investment; and another concentration in Valuation and Analysis.
