John-Patrick Curran is a partner at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt, LLP in New York City and focuses on environmental and construction law, representing commercial and industrial real property owners, operators, developers, construction managers, contractors and lenders. Mr. Curran assists clients in navigating complex issues relating to real estate development, property management and management of environmental conditions at facilities throughout the United States. He also has extensive experience in all aspects of sophisticated commercial litigation and dispute resolution, in both federal and state courts, involving environmental, real estate, construction, employment, franchise and commercial unfair competition and non-competition matters. Mr. Curran graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pace University and holds a JD with honors from St. Johns University School of Law.
