Joanne Foulke PhotoJoanne Foulke currently serves as the Vice President, Risk Management Services at Cauldwell Wingate Company, LLC. Ms. Foulke is responsible for the Legal, Contracts, Insurance, Safety and Health and IT functions for this New York City based construction management company which is more than 100 years old. In addition to her duties in Risk Management, she recently acted as the Project Executive for the construction of the NYU Brooklyn Polytechnic Innovation Game Lab.

Ms. Foulke has taken on the critical mandate of educating the workforce on sustainable design and construction. In this capacity, she coordinates all LEED-related training and accreditation activities, and consults on LEED certifications for Spruce Juice City Sustainable Energy Solutions, a Cauldwell Wingate Company.

Ms. Foulke has a thirty year plus background in Facilities Management, Construction and Procurement including a decade in a senior global position at Polo Ralph Lauren. She has experience in government (federal, state and city) not-for-profit, private and a publicly traded for-profit corporation. Ms. Foulke holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s College, and a Masters from New York University. She has professional certifications in Purchasing, Labor Relations, from Cornell, and is a LEED, AP.

Industry recognitions include the 1989 Woman of the Year Role Model in New York City government, the Crain’s 1999 recognition for her work at Continuum Health Partners, as well as being the recipient of the first annual Leadership Award in Design and Construction for SHARE, a not-for-profit Self Help group for Women with Breast or Ovarian Cancer, in 2009 and Woman of Valor Clarisa Award for commitment to the New York City community in August 2011 from St. Francis Food Pantry.
