Alan F. Senzer is currently a Chief project officer with the New York City School Construction Authority. He spent several years as a Senior Project Officer/Project Officer (NYC), Chief Project Manager at D.J.A. Associates (NYC), Construction Management/Project Manager at Herbert Construction Company, Inc. (NYC), Construction Administration/Project Manager at Castro-Blanco, Pisconeri & Feder (NYC), and twelve years in Architectural Design and Management projects which include NYC Transit Authority, hospitals, housing, schools and nursing homes of multimillion dollar construction projects. He received the New York City School Construction Authority President’s Award for Distinguished Service in 1999 and the Queens Chamber of Commerce Award for Glen Oaks Campus in 2003.
He is an Adjunct Instructor at both the Mechanics Institute and has been teaching at The Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute for six years. He received a B.A. and B.S. in Architecture from The City College of New York School of Architecture.
