Stephen Soler is the Managing Director of Stockbridge Realty Advisors, LLC, a commercial real estate advisory firm focused on underwriting, financing and project management for international real estate investments. Previously he was
a Managing Director at the French firm Société Générale, where he managed recovery and disposition of the North American commercial real estate portfolio.
His areas of focus are entrepreneurship and sustainable development as well as market analysis and investing in distressed real estate, and he also teaches at New York University. Currently, he is vice chair of the Nathaniel Witherell Building Committee for the Town of Greenwich and a member of the boards of the Greenwich YMCA and Southport Mortgage Finance, LLC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he is a member of the Economics Department Advisory Board, and attended the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
