To qualify for a real estate salesperson's license, you must satisfactorily complete our 75 hour salesperson qualifying real estate education course approved by the Secretary of State and pass a qualifying examination administered by the Department. If you have completed a 45 hour sales person's qualifying course before July 1, 2008, but did not take the State exam, you will need to complete our 30 hour remedial course to qualify for a license.

78-Hour Salespersons' License Pre-qualifying Course. School exam is given during the final three hours. Students must also pass the New York State Department of State licensing exam and obtain Real Estate Broker sponsorship for licensure.
