Become a Licensed New York State Home Inspector

This course will prepare you to take the New York State Home Inspection Licensing exam. The course has been divided into four modules to allow students the flexibility to complete the course work at their leisure. In order to pass the New York State exam students must complete all four modules.

The first four Modules of this class will focus on environmental concerns. The final Module will be allocated to field work. This course meets the New York State requirement for a Home Inspector License.
