The Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute partners with corporations, agencies, and organizations, both large and small. This partnering helps promote constructive dialogue between executives, officials, colleagues in industry, nonprofits, academia, and government agencies. The intent is to increase the visibility of critical real estate and public policy issues while also proposing resolutions. We also work closely with numerous industries including real estate to develop and provide quality professional education in the form of certificate programs and continuing education courses. All Institute courses are New York state-approved, as are our licensing programs.
The Institute offers a responsive and flexible environment that maximizes bottom-line impact for partners and helps to perpetuate paradigm shifts towards a more environmentally responsible culture. We have many strategic relationships with the accomplished professionals who serve as panelists and keynote speakers at our events, for example. Every effort is made by the leadership and staff at the Institute to create meaningful collaborations within our greater community that evolve with the changing needs of our partner corporations, organizations, consultants, and agencies over time.
We look forward to working with you. Using timely and innovative work we did in the past as our foundation, we are dedicated to cultivating relationships that provide meaningful impact and tangible marketplace profitability.
Support for our work in research, education, publishing, and public events is always welcome. The opportunities for contributing to the Institute are quite diverse and include:
