Tiffany Ivory

Tiffany graduated from College of Mount Saint Vincent in 2005, where she received a BA in Psychology with a concentration in I/O. There, she worked with Dr. Arno Kolz researching the relationship between equity sensitivity and strength of belief in political issues. They presented their research in March of 2005 at EPA conference in Boston.   

Tiffany is currently a 4th year Ph.D. student. She worked with Dr. Karen Lyness researching predictors and barriers of career success for undergraduates. Subsequently, she collaborated with Dr. Lyness, Dr. Belle Rose Ragins, and Dr. Michael Judiesch in a poster presented at the 2008 SIOP conference in San Francisco.  She has begun working with Dr. Jaihyun Park examining the role of implicit attitudes in stereotyping and prejudice.  Her current research interests are diversity related and involve understanding organizational justice and related individual difference variables, as well as expanding LGBT research. In addition to completing coursework and conducting research, she has obtained a position as adjunct lecturer, teaching Introduction to Psychology (Psych 1001), Psychology of Life Experience (Psych 3061), and Interviewing Techniques (Psych 3182).
