Rachel Pascall

I am a first year doctoral student whose research interests include, cross-cultural organizational behaviors, diversity issues-gender and racial bias. More recently I have developed an interest in ethics within the legal system.

At present, I am working with Dr. Nan Sussman as a research assistant. We are currently working on a project testing the Cultural Identity Model (CIM) developed by Dr. Sussman.
