Work Experience :
I have worked in applied research units in non-profit as well
as for-profit organizations. I was a research associate in a
research and evaluation unit at a membership and fundraising
organization headquartered in NYC. I later worked as an
internal consultant in the corporate offices of JP Morgan Chase
to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs
and working with internal clients to develop measurement strategies
for their programs. In all of these experiences, my responsibilities
included managing mid-scale program evaluation projects, meeting
with internal clients to identify research needs and to develop
measurement strategies for their programs, developing various
measures (e.g., surveys and structured interviews), conducting
quantitative and qualitative analyses, and presenting findings
to management. Recently, I worked with Dr. Allen Kraut on a
consulting project, for which I conducted a literature review
to identify trends and research findings about the specific
topic of the study, identified measures to include in the study
and wrote reports and presentations geared for top management.
