I am a first year doctoral student in the I/O Psychology Program.  I am currently working on a study involving stereotype threat with my advisor Dr. Charles Scherbaum.  My research interests are gender issues in the workplace, such as women in management and diversity studies with an emphasis on Latin American populations. I graduated in spring of 2009 from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a BA in both Psychology and Spanish.
