I
am finishing my 3rd year in the I/O doctoral program. For
the past three years, I have worked as research assistant
to Dr. Abe Korman. We have conducted several studies on
Self Enhancing and Self Protecting motivation, and the entrepreneurial
activities of individuals high or low in these types of motivation.
In addition, I have done work in organizational attitude
surveys, including a survey project presented at the Hunter
Annual Psychology Conference (Faculty’s Knowledge, Satisfaction,
and Usage of Library Services at an Urban University (Andriassi
& Osedach, 2003)).
I
attended University of Maryland College Park as an undergraduate.
At Maryland, I conducted a study on stereotype threat.
