Research Activities

Jeremy Offenstein

I will be concluding my second year in the program in May 2003.   During my tenure in the program I have worked as Dr. Jaihyun Park research assistant.   The primary project that I have worked on with him during that time has been a cross-cultural study of the big factor model using the

NEO-PI-R.

My research interest is in organizational justice.   I am currently working on a laboratory study examining the relationships between procedural justice, outcomes, and stress.   My primary research question is whether or not fair procedures moderate or alters in other ways individuals’ reactions to negative outcomes.
