Josh Fyman

I am finishing my first year in the I/O doctoral program.   During my first year, I served as a research assistant for Dr. Nita Lutwak.   Over the course of the year, we worked on research studying the effectiveness of cognitive training to combat social anxiety.   Full results are pending.   My research interests are in the area of social interactions in the workplace, feedback, leadership, and diversity.
