Angela is a 7th year I/O Psychology Ph.D. student. In 2001 she received her Master of Arts degree in Psychology with a co-concentration in Organizational Behavior and Program Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University. In 2008 she received her Master of Philosophy degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the CUNY Graduate Center. Angela’s research interests include work-nonwork relationships, diversity in the workplace, voluntary turnover, and employee attitude research. Currently, Dr. Karen Lyness is advising Angela on her dissertation, which is examining the antecedents and outcomes of nonwork-work role transitioning. Angela is also working at Sirota Survey Intelligence as a Consultant. Her work focuses mainly on employee opinion surveys, but she is also experienced in 360-feedback and Exit employee surveys. Angela has worked with several large multinational clients in managing the day-to-day survey project tasks, developing questionnaires, conducting advanced data analysis including linkage analysis with very large datasets, and preparing and presenting executive presentations. She is also involved in internal research projects, knowledge sharing, and sales efforts.
